Am I getting all I should through my local cable provider?

I just moved and I am seeking a little assistance in choosing ideal add-ons from Comcast or seeing if I should select satellite and utilize my local telco for telephone. There are a wide variety of offerings and services from just about everyone of them, but most are offered by Comcast. I am not positive if choosing the entire Comcast digital service package is ideal, or whether breaking them up between different providers is optimal. I've learned that even my phone company will start offering digital TV in my area, but it looks pretty expensive. Satellite television seems like the cheaper option until you factor in adding a bunch of channel packages. Comcast offers a size-able basic lineup and a great digital expansion tier that seems to be a good value. Also, Satellite's HD channel lineup is not as big as Comcast. I do not own an HDTV at this point, but when I do purchase one, it would be helpful to be prepared. Another service that Comcast offers is an unlimited flat rate national phone service that offers both local and long distance calling. Due to competition, my local telco is offering new deals. However, the flat rate national calling deal has not been offered to me yet. I do not have any problems with the services they offer, but receiving the same priced bill each month would be good. I currently have broadband internet through DSL. It usually does the job but I've got some friends with cable internet service and it seems a lot faster. I could use some extra speed because I'm a PC and Xbox gamer. Also the high speed service provided by Comcast looks to be really fast. For unbelievable download speed I can go above the basic tier to a faster service. If I choose to bundle three services through Comcast by utilizing their triple play package it appears as if I will be able to save quite a bit of money when compared with ordering the three services separately. Can anyone who has used these services offer me some tips?

You didn't list the most common cause of dry mouth which prescription drugs. Nearly every medication available today has dry mouth listed as one of the side effects and this product doesn't last me 6 hours.

Running version 2.3.2, Ultra and Ultra Mini.. Problem I have is it thinks any reading taken before 8:00 AM is the night before on the reports. Makes it hard to use for showing doctors and other medical staff.
