BG LEVELS DOWN.
Feeling a lot better now bg levels can't believe them last 2 days lowest 3.1 that gave me a headache but highest was 6.4 before bed .6.4 has been my highest for 2days DR is impressed ,he asked what I was eating when I showed him charts him he said not doing me any harm, and liked idea of cauliflower rice .he did say try and keep fasting bg at about 4.5. And 3.1 was a little low. probably reason for headache and did not mind me low carbing as long as I did not lose weight. So one Dr converted.

If taking glucose tabs aren't they like 4g carbs each? So 4 skittles? I don't usually have stuff like that around because I cannot leave them alone. I have used honey sparingly for a hypo, but have to be careful. Even keeping it at 1/2 a serving i will have a rebound high.

Great work, Jenn . . . wish we could see the look on dietitian's face when she gets a look at your numbers & learns how you got there! Oh my! 'Right wobble' indeed!
