The easiest way around the time-crunch in the morning is to have something already prepared to just grab an go. Make several portions of what you might want so you can just nuke what needs to be hot. Leftovers are always good for breakfast.

Diabetes causes us to rethink traditional breakfast foods - especially those of us with egg allergies.

If you like hot cereal, there are several recipes of a faux oatmeal using almond meal and flaxseed meal in the recipe section, and also mentioned in the "breakfast" thread. The dry ingredients can be packaged up in individual portion sizes, and in the morning all you have to do is add boiling water and let it sit a minute or two to thicken up, and you have "instant cereal".

Shanny's "breakfast mix" is also a great to-go "granola" either just out of the hand, or in a bowl with milk... no, make that cream!
