Just a minor comment. The concept of our way of eating is -
Low Carb - probably - consider the ingredients in the rub
High Fat - doubt it. Is the skin still there? - If not have a couple of sausages with it

And what veggies?

Ok, I suggest you check out the breakfast thread. LCHF is much more flexible than bacon and eggs, though you do have to experiment to know what your body can cope with...aka eat to the meter.

So here are some ideas:
Spanish/Mexican omelette with low carb veggies in.
Sausages and fried mushrooms.
Meat chilli - no beans.
Soup.
Nut muesli with egg yolk 'milk' -mix tablespoon butter, one egg yolk, pinch of vanilla, cup of water....then heat on low and whisk until cooked - about 1-2 mins, pour over muesli hot or cold, use the rest in coffee.
Nut crackers with butter and/or pate.
Stir fry meat and low carb veg.
Pickled herring and hard boiled eggs with salad.
Cold meat and hard boiled eggs.
Oopsie bread or one of its variants toasted, with butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Look at cookery books from around the world and see the very different foods that are eaten.

Milk is very high in carbs. I use whipping cream in my coffee which has no carbs and is very yummy. No more cheerios for you!
