Default weird sensations in toes

Hi all, I was hoping to get some insight on what might be happening to me, as I am quite paranoid.

Since the past 3 days, I've been experiencing some pain in both of my legs, like the one you get after an excessive workout. I haven't worked out excessively but I was being lazy lately (didn't hit the gym for a month) but last week I started working out again, no hard cardio, just getting back slowly.

Last night, no pain but i noticed something weird going on with my toes, my fourth toe, and last toe feels like there is band aid on them, no tingling, no pain, just the weird sensation of having something between them. I woke up with this feeling today as well and its driving me crazy!

Can anyone give me an insight on what this might be?

A little background on myself: 25 years old, diagnosed last October with type 2 with an hba1c of 8.2, I am on an lchf diet, have lost 10 kgs since then, last hba1c was 6.1 and my blood sugars revolve around 5 - 6.5, am on glucophage 850mg x2.

While this could be diabetes related, it may not as well. You really should have this checked out by a doctor.

I also have a lack of sensation/numbness in my outer toes on both feet. I've had type 2 for five years. I had doc check it and make a note to see if it worsens. I've had circulation checked, all ok. I'd mention it to your doc, obviously.

I've had that same sensation on my big toe, off and on for months. Like it isn't numb but it doesn't quite feel right. I never thought of it as feeling like there was a band-aid there but that is a good description for the sensation.

I poke my toe when it gets like this, I can still feel it. I've had the doctor test my feet again to make sure it's not neuropathy and I could still feel every little prick/tickle. Not sure what it is! Definitely worth asking your doctor about it and get your feet checked, just in case.
