Since there is so much Good food in this section, I thought I'd put a Bad food ingredient in it. I think this is hidden somewhere else on the Forum. I took it from Rosebud's post since it's important. This site/article is about High Fructose Corn Syrup(HFCS). As you may know, HFCS has been put into most packaged, processed foods and others. Among other things, this stuff causes People to gain weight so obviously it's not good for us. Read those labels/ingredients and watch for this one.
