Wait a minute,.... I may not know about this but, >100 HDL is OK??

Mine is 65 (HDL) and I'm extreeeaammeeely happy already
I busted my ass everyday on exercise to get that number, hahaha...

HDL is the only element in the cholesterol panel where bigger is better.

Yeah, I know... just curious whether its still OK to have, like, >100 of HDL....

BTW, saw your siggy said about irrelevant factor between cholesterol number and heart disease? Could you elaborate more? Because I kinda agree with you. Saw a friend who died from heart attack at 41 but never show any bad number on his cholesterol check. I mean, he didn't have am excellent number but still, better than mine

My source for this is an excellent book by a cardiologist, Ernest N Curtis: The Cholesterol delusion. Google it!

After finding out that "they" have been lying to us about fat in the diet being evil, I don't bother relying on what "they" think are good or bad numbers for lipids. It may change next week! I go by how I feel.
