I would recommand you to read a bit in Lavkarbo.no
I see you have been a member there nearly as long as I have. When I read your treads at lavkarbo.no I see you have got a lot of advice and facts, but somehow you just keep asking, and wont listen to the things you learn?
Of course a diet made of just 4-5 ingridients is not healthy in the long run, and thats not what a proper LCHF-diet is.
If you test your cholesterol now it will not tell much about LCHF (because you doesnt give your body all the things it need and it is not long ago you told you tried to eat 300 carbs a day), and even if it had, it would certanly be a bit elevated because when one start eat LCHF, the cholesterol will first rise a bit before it drops down to a perfect level.
I would also recommand you to read a bit in Kostreform for bedre helse where you will find a lot of good info.
Info is not worth anything unless you make the effort to read and try to understand it.

The honest reports and good reports are hard to find, in a world with a lot of prejudice against this diet.

my search seem to have a problem, like if you eat loads of fat, you eventually don't want it anymore, it's the same with all food, all food i ate for 15 years becoming is now tasteless, and extremely bad for me, i still crave sugar tho, and ye whatever you discuss it has consequences if that's what youre craving and not anything else. the major problem for the moment, is really what do you eat, if you don't want anything in store, the processed food that you used to enjoy is all a mess for your tongue, the fat is nearly kiilling your mood without carbs, and all you want is easy food, no cooking. i'm really desperate for the time being to become healthy cause every thing in life is too hard to do and i'm used to being active. ok so i go on a diet for a few days and then quit, i might lost a few pounds but all i want is my old diet, not the one i previously ate, but an older one, but i still don't want most food, just sugar. overweight, health issues is a really big problem to finding a diet if you ask me. doesn't matter what is good for you if you don't wanna eat it or prepare it. i'm trying to stickubf out until someone gives me exactly what i want and can make me stick to it, cause it's seeming extremely impossible for the time being. been seeking help for this for months, and i had no diet the last month until i ate all the bacon i did this week, eventually this morning i almost wanted to puke eating it, but do you think i would like to eat something else but swapping out of the diet, i don't think so. preference is a irritating thing if you can't lose weight or get healthy.

the diet seemed to work just fine until i wanted a cookie, but then i didn't eat for 16 hours after breakfast, until i decided **** it, give me something i wanna eat.

it seem like a story about a girl who is alive thanks to chips, now that doesn't sound so bad to me, but why did someone put this in a diet in the first place if it's bad.

doesn't matter what people tell you, the food is your own preference, even if it's bad for you. food reduces your stress, whateer problem you got in life.

i'm mostly making discussion to find solutions, or good ideas.

There is no quick fix if you dont put your mind to it.
If you decides to be serious about your BG, its quite simple; there are tons of recipes both at this forum and Lavkarbo.no.
But if you continue to say you wont follow a diet, you will do it your own way and give you self a diet with very few ingridients until you cant take it any more, I guess you have a long way to go.

I have recommanded you to check out some of all the facts you already is given. No one can do it for you; you have to do it youself.

I say, and truly mean it, LCHF is not limiting my food anyway, I just had to learn how to eat in a way that is good for me.
