Default interesting stats

finally decided to try to track what I'm eating using a different app...using my fitness pal now.

What I found is that I'm not eating enough protein! Right now I'm eating too many carbs an too much fat compared to the protein.

Could this be why I'm so hungry and wanting to snack?? I have uploaded the graph of percentages. Advice needed!!

Actually, if you are trying to eat LC/HF, your protein is about right on, you just have to eat more fat and less carbs...then you won't feel like snacking.
