Some would think this was bad, but bad never tasted so good.

Playing with Shannys naked wings recipe I did a whol tray of chicken thighs. The only difference is I coated them down with coconut oil and placed them on a cooling rack that was on top a cookie sheet. Baked at 400 for almost 50 minutes. Now comes the bad part, I removed the cooling rack with chicken and placed a layer of fresh green beans down in all of the chicken fat and drippings, cover with salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese. Put the chicken back on top and bake for another 15 minutes. Wow is all i got to say, those green beans soaked up all of that tasty chicken fat, had a crispy layer of cheese, not sure which I liked better the chicken or the green beans.

If my wife would have seen what I did it would have been bad. She claims she doesn't eat as much fat as I do, but I'm doing the cooking.

I've been using Shanny's recipe on thighs and legs as well as the wings. I will have to try the green bean version.

Sound absolutely good! The only bad thing is if your wife found out you were "Playing with Shanny's naked wings..."
