Default Carb/sweet cravings

I am about a week away from my period, and that is my worst carb/sweet cravings hit. I have been doing great on my LCHF diet, usually am barely hungry but yesterday and today am hungry for sweets. I had some pineapple and cottage cheese last night, but was high this morning.
Seems like any fruit spikes me. What can I eat to satisfy me?? Help!!

Cream cheese + sweetener and flavoring.

i.e.: lemon (my favorite) flavoring and Splenda

virtually no carbs and lots of fat - should knock those cravings out and make you feel like you've endulged.

I got the idea from Marty/MCS - I think he calls these "fat bombs"

What VeeJay said, and a quick bake makes these into Cream Cheese Muffins instead - one of my favorites!

I also was a big fan of taking a big hunk of some really sharp fatty cheddar, Kerigold, and smashing as much art sweetener into as I could, then add a few pieces of walnuts, eat it with a spoon off the paper plate. Worked wonders for me. Now I just end a meal with a big spoonful of peanut butter and a glass of art sweetened iced tea.

Sugar free pudding..........

Get your favorite flavor, use 1 cup heavy cream instead of milk and 1 cup water, or what ever you brand calls for 50/50 and mix. If you have an electric mixer, it can be mixed into smiler consistency to a mousse even. I top it with the whip cream made with cream and the ONLY sugar you get is less than one % from the whip cream. Meets all the LC/HF diet needs and seriously is so good! I tend to add a 60/40 blend heavy on the cream!

I make chocolate fudge with two cream cheese and one butter bar. You put in the microwave to soften about 1:30 minutes. Add 3 tablespoon of unsweetened chocolate, stevia about a cup depending on how sweet you like it and fist full of almonds. Mix well. You can add some wine, coconut milk or cinnamon for more flavors. Put in the refrigerator. Is fast, easy to make and it’s great for snack or after dinner complement.

I hope I don't get spanked for this, but if you are desperate and the artificial sweetener thing doesn't work, find yourself the best quality ice cream you can, highest fat content and eat a bit of that, savoring it. The high fat content will mean the carbs absorb slower and at least you won't get a spike. Eating high carb, high fat isn't great for your lipids, but if the alternative is eating a bag of chips...

Each cream cheese is 8oz or 227g(2cups in the two cream cheese) and the butter bar 1/2 a cup or 4oz.
