Default Quick question for all that follow a LCHF diet. (Honestly, it's a quick one!)

Just looking for numbers ... I know there is a lot of variation on what number works best for everyone, for number of carbs. What carb range do you stay in, each day? I am looking only for number of carbs (not so much interested in calories, fat, etc. Looking for carb numbers here). What's your personal range?

Honestly I do not count them. I just don't eat any foods with obvious carbs in them. If I had to add them up it would be less than 30g I guess.
Control is with Diet modification, exercise, supps.
A1C, Dxed 11, 5.6, 4.8, 4.6

Max 100g per day. Limit 30 at any meal, 15 for snacks. I probably end up eating less than that most days because I don't make an effort to include them at meals, but it lets me have a sandwich if I want. And I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic with A1C of 6, so it's possible I have more leeway.

When I was counting, about 30-40 ... total carbs, not net.

I haven't found that absolute quantities of carbs mean much. I aim to maintain carbs at 5 - 10% of total calories and protein under 15%, preferably closer to 10%. So, these can vary widely as absolute quantities. I eat as much as I want. That can range anywhere from 1200 calories to 3600.

If I ate 1200 calories, my carbs should be 15g to 30g. 40g would be too much. At 3000 calories, the same 40g would only represent 4%. At that rate, I would aim for carbs between 38g and 75g and expect about the same result in terms of blood sugar.
