Default Lowering b sugars

Rhubarb roots are great and lower b sugar
Use 3 times a wk raw in crumbles or pies but do check your sugars

The leaves are very poisonous and can be used as a weed killer when boiled

Confirmed by google or Wikipedia

Have you been able to try them, to see if they work for you? I know many diabetics do fine on rhubarb, but I haven't had the chance to try it myself.

Hope everything's going well for you!
