Found this article today condemning wheat for causing so many health problems. But we already knew that, didn't we?

We sure did! Not only is it a carb but full of gluten! I specifically don't do well with yeast so try to stay away from all breads.

Good move. I have eliminated all products containing grains, all legumes (beans and such like), and milk; my health and digestion have turned 180 degrees around. Even before LCHF, which I started in May, this has helped more than anything else. But, gluten is a tricky thing to eliminate, since it is a hidden ingredient in most processed foods. Good luck with your quest for health. Let us know how we can help.

Great. I hope they graze animals on all that reclaimed land!
