Several days out of town. Today (Tuesday, April 15):

Breakfast: coffee, low-carb chocolate ice cream, 1/4 cup walnuts
8:33 AM: 106 (kind of high, today--last night was the first seder of Passover, and I ate matzo and matzo ball soup).

12:19 (before lunch): 108
Lunch (had a phone call, so ate at my desk): 1 oz. baking chocolate, Trader Joe's dry roasted unsalted almonds
2:22 PM: 98

6:43 PM: 88
Dinner: cheese omelet over mixed greens salad with cucumbers, 1/4 cup unsalted extra fancy mixed nuts, low-carb raspberry ice cream, 2 oz. cinnamon vodka
8:50 PM: 98

Average for the day: 100
