An Olympic athlete like Michael Phelps could probably handle this stuff rather eaisily, then again he is training 6-8 hrs a day. He stated one time he was eating 10,000 calories a day while training. To him this would only be a snack. For the rest of us its a recipe for disaster.

I just ordered Nature's Best Zero Carb to replace what I have no. For extra calories I plan to use creme and flax seed oil.
I suggest you send the bag to a missionary group. They will know where people are starving. Wow! 1200+ calories (!) per serving.

What would be ideal 1 hr and 2hr glucose range after drinking this shake?

Edit: I just noticed the package has a warning: "Diabetics and Hypoglycemics, consult a physician before using this product."
So, I have just one question after everyone here has posted....are you still using this stuff or did you throw it away?
