Default Happy

Hi all well i just had to tell you all i have not had a banana in approx 8 mnths as after i was diagnosed type 2 in july 09 i tested after eating them and they were sending bgs to just over 10 so i thought i would try one today as i seem to have great control since losing all my excess weight i had a boiled egg salad with low fat mayo and half portion chicken breast for lunch and a small banana for after. my reading before was 4.7 1 hour after 5.0 2hours 4.7 so i am really pleased dont laugh as i lead a very sheltered life so little things like this make my day ha ha only joking on the last bit. hope you are all well Lynne.
