Gary Taubes has a background in Physics and offers a fresh perspective, after a 5 year review of obesity research (or lack thereof) in recent decades. He has an history of debunking bad science and I'd recommend this presentation to anyone who is willing to look beyond the currently consensus-established view... a view which appears to be based on (at best) poor science

Site seems to be temporarily unavailable so here is another version of the presentation... http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...1487661765149#
