I had a great supper tonight. I steamed 3 lbs of crab legs and 1 1/2 lbs of shrimp...shared it with my wife, I didn't eat it all, and WE didn't eat all the shrimp either. For dessert we had some homemade low carb vanilla ice cream, with raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries mixed in it. Wonderful meal and my BG 2 hours later was 133.

Whatta feast! And what terrific numbers! Ain't low-carb great?! heheh! Way to go, Mark!

I pushed the envelope a little, having a cheese/bacon quesadilla and a beef/bean burrito . . . both made with my high-fiber tortillas, of course, but I don't normally eat more than one at a time. But I was 118 (6.5) before dinner, 129 (7.1) after dinner, & I'm 121 (6.7) now . . .

That sounds awesome! One of my favorite low carb meals is seafood. Every chance I get I drag hubby to Joe's Crab shack. I love the steamed crab (in garlic of course) pots. I substitute steamed broccoli for the potatoes and man oh man...its on!! *sigh* Now I am going to crave crab legs...
