Holy freaking cow! 104!! It was 138 at 1 hr. Sweet! My metformin is working! That's amazing! I've never seen it do that before!

Those are good numbers, but beware, corn digests slowly and you might see an increase later or your morning fasting number maybe higher. Just keep testing.

I had a thick slice of meatloaf, 1/2 baked potato with sour cream, 1/2 cup green beans and 1 cup sugar free vanilla ice cream. Filled me up!

Yum that sounds good. I had dinner early (early for me) So I'm hungry and can't cook now because mom's in bed. It makes her physically ill to smell food cooking when she's in bed. Although I might make eggs and bacon and chance it. :P

holy crap you people eat a lot! LOL

i had a large dinner as well.....had 2oz of grilled chicken breast with some mayo, 2oz cheddar cheese, and some peppers/onions. then i splurged and had 1.75oz of pork rinds

i totally overate and feel sick from eating so much actually, but i know that i must have three meals a day somehow. thankfully i dont ahvet o eat again for another 11 or so hours

Eric, that must be terrible to HAVE to eat. I try and eat when I am hungry and I don't always eat 3 meals a day. Are you just eating low carb or are you counting calories as well? I noticed that you knew how much chicken and cheese that you ate. Do you weigh and measure all of your food?

How about a nice big salad--can't smell that cooking! You have to find ways to eat different and get creative.
