Default Fresh Pork Rinds

I kind of just started getting used to pork rinds, which I wholeheartedly despised before. Anyone know of any places that make them fresh in the LA/San Diego areas? I'd love to try some fresh made.

Try and find a tortarilla (a place that makes tortillas on site). The one here makes chicharrones as well since they practice "snout to tail". I'd think that would be a good place to start.

Or something like this? Beer Belly - Koreatown - Los Angeles, CA | Yelp

I googled on "fried pork belly" as well.

Ask you meter. It also depends on how you make them. If they're low carb, high-fat, they're probably a safe bet. You need to eat them and then test your blood sugar, to determine if they are safe for you to eat.
