Steamed cabbage, a huge salad, and baked chicken breast tossed in BW3 Spicy Garlic Wing Sauce. Many of the BW3 wing sauces have more than 2g carbs per serving. Almot and good as the real ting and much healthier!

Shrimp in the shell, broccoli, cabbage, red onions, garlic sautéed in Amish butter with a dash of Thai Fish Sauce for saltiness.

Chopped up a bit this would probably be very good in the Curry Pure Wrap!! Next time!

I'm on a new phone that I bought
about 2 weeks ago. This is my 1st attempt to send a message to a forum. Hopefully it will arrive in the right place. If not please understand, I am not technically savvy.
Two friends and I waded in the Altamaha river yesterday and caught 32 mullet. Jan and I fried 6 of them last night and thay were absolutely delicious. We use brandy's breading which I have always found to be wonderful. Tartar sauce, fresh green salad with ranch dressing and a couple of glasses of white crisp wine made an excellent supper.

pork chops topped with mushrooms and mushroom sauce, tossed salad, and homemade pear bread (pears from my pear tree). I just ate a little piece of the bread. Could have just had pears.

I'm cooking a boneless leg of lamb in the crockpot with a lot of garlic and fresh rosemary!
My house smells so good!
