Hey Carolina , They both look great. Your presintation is really nice. My other half laughs at me when I do a nice presentation and I always tell her it is necessary just in case it does not taste good that at least it looks good.

What did you use for the caper sauce over the salmon. The wife has been asking for salmon so think I will give it a try.

You made me hungry as I sit here and eat a salad for a morning snack.

it really is just the OO I pan fried the salmon in. added butter & a T or so capers.I also squeezed a half lemon in just for good measure lol

thanks I do eat with my eyes lol then again I don't post the pics where I eat just from the pan
It really is easy to take the extra step to make your food look good as w ell as taste good. Just becuz we can't eat certain foods, you fly with the ones you can.

Last nigh BH scrambled up 9 eggs, threw in some pulled pork, mushrooms and onions. Only thing missing was...pepper. Lol. Delicious

They are for me on limited basis...again, ask your meter! I use lots of butter on them.
