I settled on a bratwurst (from the butcher) and a small piece of chicken. I added two salty, big green olives on the side.

I am baking beef marrow bones, then using some of the excess fat to sauté Langostino Lobster tails, asparagus, and garlic. Then I am going to top the Langostino with marrow scooped out of the bones! Side of marinated thin sliced celery and radish. And a nice chunk of Brie for dessert! YUM!

An inch thick hamburger patty covered with colby cheese, broccoli with enough butter for an after dinner drink, and a tossed salad.

BH got a netrition order in today. So she made dinner from her order. Chili and cornbread, all low carb and all delicious.

Pre: 67
1 hr: 80
2 hr: 86

Can't really complain with those numbers

My BH knew that I was having a terrible day today. I struggled with what I'm going through, big time. I skipped lunch today and had a horrible day at work. I came home to a steak dinner with a low carb Caesar salad waiting for me.

And something I've never had before…cabbage sautéed in bacon fat with onion, garlic and a lot of bacon in it. Smells really good!

I had a big breakfast, so for dinner I had 5 chicken drumsticks, coated in olive oil, seasoned with adobo and oregano. Baked for 1hr @ 450 deg in the toaster oven until the skin gets crispy.

Puerto Rican style pernil (roast pork shoulder) Seasoned the night before with fresh garlic, adobo and olive oil, slow cooked in the oven for 5 hrs until it falls apart and the skin is crispy.

Today driving down to Malmö and IKEA, needed a new sofa cover. Lots of walking inside IKEA and easy to lose direction, but I managed to find my way out without an endless walk round and round in that way avoiding an attack of sudden claustrophobia.

After that visiting friends in Malmö. Dinner and first a tasty soup followed by some kind of omelette containing some flour. Also some crisp bread. Had not brought my meter along, but two hours after the meal 4.8. Spring is really here. Some pics from their garden:
