Sausage and sauerkraut. Yesterday and today (I love leftovers). I love this dish - AND - its one my husband can make, and since I wasn't feeling like cooking, he did the honors.

1c each parsley and cilantro
3 cloves garlic
Half an onion
3T each white balsamic vinegar and lemon juice
S&p to taste

Cram it all in a blender with enough olive oil to puree. I use about a half a cup. Pulse til blended but still a little chunky. I eyeball it so measurements are estimated.

I'll take my chipotle shrimp tacos and not share it with them. It's something BH saw and made tonight. The taco shell is provolone cheese crisped and shaped like a real shell, the chipotle spiced shrimp were laid in the shell along with a half a piece of bacon. A dab of sour cream cream, some home shredded Colby cheddar cheese, and then some salsa dribbled in, and yum yum. Didn't get too elaborate for the first attempt, but I am seeing sautéed onions and peppers in the future for this new to me dish. May be a good thing they don't super size the provolone cheese. I'll have to post from my phone of the before pic. Once I got my fingers a little greasy putting those puppies together there was no more picture taking.

Did some searching on line for bacon wrapped guacamole stuffed chicken breast, its in the future too. Been thinking about that since hearing about it at work.

I'll have to see where BH got the recipe. I know she's been wanting to make the provolone shells for a while.

@mbuster: directions please for the provolone taco shells. I could come up with all kinds of things to stuff in them. Yummy!
