Did I say tonight? How about as soon as NOON?!

Chuck had a bad spell a coupla days ago - got badly dehydrated & has been trying to recuperate ever since; so he was sleeping in today & got up around 1pm. I knew he'd been up earlier, but when I heard he hadn't eaten breakfast, it was just too good to pass up. He was pretty hungry, but allowed he could wait long enough for chicken/bacon sandwiches. I used Swiss cheese & made sauce with mayo, s/f catsup & tabasco sauce. Darn good sandwich, folks! Wish I'd had some raspberry squares to go with it!

Finally caught up with Gizmo's chicken in mushroom sauce - it's nothing short of splendid! Paired it with baked sweet potato & it was fit for a king!
