Default DaVinci vs Torani sugar free syrups?

Dr. Bernstein says that DaVinci sugar free syrup, with liquid Splenda, is carb free and therefore safe for sweetening coffee. Since Torani syrup also contains liquid Splenda I'm assuming it is ok too. Have any of you tried both and have an opinion?
Since going on a LCHF diet starting on May1st I make my 16oz. coffee using two shots of Nespresso, three tablespoons of sugar free syrup, three tablespoons of unsweetened whipping cream and top it off with several ounces of unsweetened soy milk.
I tested this am and found that my BG went from 100 to 120 at 40 min. after starting my coffee, which I drink pretty rapidly finishing it in about ten min., and was back down to 105 at 50 min. That was using Torani sugar free syrup.
Tomorrow I'm going to test after making the same cup of coffee using DaVinci sugar free syrup.

It looks to me like your meter can be trusted. So trust it.

I do not have an issue with either (but wise Shanny is right, YMMV) but prefer the taste of the Torani! I am using the DaVinci right now, just think the Vanilla Torani is better.

Some of that rise could be leftover DP. Or, the soy milk?

I'd test the drink without the soy milk just to see if there's a difference. The fewer ingredients one tests, the better able one is to make a judgment call.

Wow! That is one complex drink!

I don't sweeten many things (lost my taste for the sweet stuff). But - when I use them - neither DV or T impact my BG.

Default retest

I tested the same coffee drink this morning just after getting up and after a second cup about two hours later, one with Torani one with DaVinci, testing at 30 min. and at 45 min. and neither raised my BG more than 5 mg/dl.

Same here, hardly sweeten anything. When I did, I had no problem with either brand. I have so many bottles of both those sweeteners on my counter that I rarely use any more!

I like Davinci for some flavors, Torani for others ... so there!

I LOVE Davinci pancake syrup, but Torani has the best lemonade!

NOT satisfied with either's mango flavor, but we have several Torani Peach fans in the house.
