Confirmed, this snack does not raise my BG at 60 or 120 min.

There's a new yogurt called Liberte Mediterranean that is 9% or 10%. 5 carbs per 3/4 cup. It's flying off the shelves here.

I can't find full-fat yogurt in the small single-serving cups, but my grocery does still carry full-fat yogurt in the large containers, in plain and vanilla, Greek and regular.
