I used to eat between 4 and 6 tbl/day. But I developed a bad stomach reaction - queasy, feels wrong in there kinda thing - and had to stop eating it. I tested from time to time and the reaction passed after a year or so. Now I keep the amount I eat at 2 or 3 tbl/day.

I have a long history of acid reflux and a hiatal hernia. So my digestion is not 100% normal. I say, if it feels good go for whatever you want.

I use 2 TBLSP in my coffee, not every day. I use it for frying and I don't measure it, probably the same amount.

I use coconut oil in baking, stir fries. I also use it to cleanse my face and skin.

I'm a big fan of CO and I have no digestive issues, but have never gone over 3 or 4 tbsp in a day and it never occurred to me to do so. 2 tbsp in my morning coffee (just increased, it was 1 tbsp for over two years) and a little less than that (along with butter) to fry my eggs. MAYBE one more in an afternoon coffee or in a soup or something for which it was used to saute. Many things can be unpleasant if you over-do them.
