Default Lose weight

Hi guys, I'm new here and I have diabetics type one, and I would like to know the fastest way to lose weight. I don't have much time to exercise, due to school time (from 7 to 17) and after 17 I work till 21:30.

We're happy to have you join us, but you do understand that our purpose here is not weight loss. In fact, we get a little edgy when people get distracted from controlling their diabetes. If you're eating right and not just using insulin to cover the carbs you eat, weight shouldn't be an issue.

How about you tell us about the methods you're using to control your diabetes? Are you on MDI or a pump? What kinds of foods are you eating? What are your postprandial readings and what was your last A1c? We can help more if we know more about you.

Hello there and As Shanny said, do tell us a bit more about yourself. What age were you when you were diagnosed and when was that? Have you put on weight since your diagnosis?

Gabriel - what is your agenda here? Obviously you are trying to "educate" but a better approach in this forum is to share what YOU are doing, and what YOUR BG levels are when you do what you are recommending.

Hi there! Reducing carbs is the important part, exercise will make you feel better over time but isn't as important. Tell us more!
