Please do. One thing you have to remember about controlling your diabetes is it is a marathon, not a sprint. It takes time, for some a long time, for things to settle into place. As others have said, there is nothing so wrong with your results that should make you abandon lc/hf. It is working, you just have to give it more time. And just say NO to the statin!!

Give it more time. I continued to take my daily 80mg dose of statins when going on LCHF. I saw quite an improvement in my lipids and a significant drop in tryg. Aside from lab numbers I feel healthier and better all around.

2 1/2 months ago I did cut my statins in half to 40mg daily. I feel the same and have never had issues with them but if I can I'd like to get off of them completely. I will get a lipid test maybe next week.

Keep in mind doing a couple of major changes at the same time make it difficult to tell cause and effect.
