I don't know Shanny as many a wild animal I've eaten I'm still not sure I'm ready to cook pig butts. You can smell them cleaning the pig innards from Georgia if the wind is blowing in the right direction

OK, something you probably didn't want to know.... there was a rumor going around that calamari was actually pig bung So the This American Life host tried it. And surprisingly, it was good. Of course the food inspection agencies all came out saying that one species of animal can't be sold as another... but prepared the right way, anything is edible. :P

Oh gahd! LOL! Which is prob'ly why I prefer the whole animal and not any cut up/sliced versions! I have heavenly memories of a crab shack at Half Moon Bay where they served heaping platefuls of wee whole breaded/fried little squid!

What about pooping? If I didn't eat vegetables I'd never go. Oh the horrors and I don't even want to think about it.

Eating plenty of natural fat ensures there's no issues there.

Yep - fat works a lot better than fiber!

It's true. I've never had a problem pooping with LCHF, but if I did, I'd just add some habaneno peppers to my diet lol works everytime. Not for everyone, but I love my spicy food.
