I've used Nature's Hollow too, and found it a fine sugar-free substitute, and because I make my own bbq sauce using catsup, it works really well in my bbq sauce recipe.

Breakfast has generally been eggs scrambled with a small amount of heavy cream, side of sausage or bacon, and black coffee. If I am still hungry after, I will often add a side plate of olives and fresh cheeses (which is also my favorite snack throughout the day, still.)

Fresh spinach sautéed in bacon grease with a couple slices of cooked bacon broken in pieces.

Cultured coconut milk (like a yogurt) with added liquid probiotic and pineapple flavoring sweetened with stevia.

Small piece of LC cake, spread with butter and cream cheese.*

____________
*of course, my butter and cream cheese are dairy-free versions.

Today it was deviled eggs for me. I don't eat the typical breakfast foods most the time, but it was my breakfast and it was good.

Victor B, you would probably like the recommendation some have suggested for breakfast....I've seen several mention having leftovers from previous days meals. There is no reason any meal has to be traditional, especially if it is from the SAD (standard american diet).

Two fried eggs, 3 slices of bacon, a cup of bullet proof coffee.
@qhawe07, curious if you test your BG before and after a breakfast like that and what the results were.
