Sugar free means "no sucrose" - it does not preclude other "interesting" sugars such as fructose. "Low carb" is a marketing expression. Does your meter agree that the crepes are really low carb?

My loaded egg omelet did not stay intact long enough to get a picture. It was the hidden from view things that overcame any willpower I might have been able to call up for picture taking.

I made these from scratch myself. Crepes are eggs and cream cheese. Whipped cream-unsweetened, walden farms sf syrup. Meter reads 86!

Powdered erythritol. I found a version I really like! It comes in handy for breakfast.

I hope you read the nutrition info on the package. 5 gr of carbs per 1 tsp! That is a lot of carbs to spend on a sweetener. That is close to 1/3 of my daily allotment of carbs!!

Scroll down to the bottom of the page for nutrition info and select the confectioners style of the product.
