Gee, that sounds wonderful! I'll bet you could beat the Colonel with that! Now, if I just had some chicken thighs I'd be in the kitchen rather than sitting here!

Lunch today is plain old tuna salad....just tuna and mayo. In a bowl. boring huh?

Sauteed fresh veggies: red onion, bell pepper, broccoli, zucchini with turken bacon, drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with salt/pepper and garlic powder.

Raspberries (about 6) generously topped with splenda-sweetened coconut milk flavored with vanilla.

Optimist crackers: sweet cinnamon flavored

Kelp noodles! I fried some onion & garlic in butter, dumped in a handful of kelp noodles just long enough to warm them, and with a dash of salt/pepper, it's a delightful lunch!

<I meant to toss in a handful of bacon bits, but I forgot >
