I made this the other night,pic before plating.
I had the left overs for lunch today.

Coupla leftover Marty faux potato skins with sour cream, avocado & bacon bits. They just might be better leftover!

seeing you all mention stuff like GG cracker, GG crispbreads and Optimist crackers are these not high in Carbs? Also being from Australian are they named the same as when i searched Optimist crackers could not find anything.
