I'd be suspicious of the lentils myself. I seem to respond more to beans than a few carrots. One of those dishes I used to count on along with a pot of dried lima beans w/ham and some good home made cornbread!

I think you are right, Pat. I seem to handle carrots well but lentils have to be small amounts in otherwise very low Carb recipes.

Lunch today was leftover meatballs and a small portion of leftover portabella mushroom cap with spaghetti sauce. Also had two pieces of MCS's Almond Flour/Yeast Bread with mozzarella cheese on top. Yummy!
