For lunch today, I had 8 slices of salami, 8 slices of cheddar cheese and 4 small tomatoes (I think they are called cherub tomatoes, similar in size to a cherry or a plum tomato). I'm attaching a picture, because it sounds like a lot, but the salami stick is rather thin, and the slices of cheese were about an inch in size. I believe the tomatoes are no more than one carb each (or less). Forgot my meter at home, so unfortunately could not check my readings before and after.

Bacon, lettuce and tomato wrap.

Bacon, mayo, thin slice of tomato - wrapped up in a large lettuce leaf. A few pork rinds on the side for crunch.

Just had a hot bowl of bone broth which I made and froze last week. The beef bone had a ton of meat on it so I could call it beef soup. Water, water and more water.

I made tuna salad (one can tuna drained, one stick chopped celery, tpsn chopped onion, mayo, sour cream, Dijon mustard & tbsp dill relish). I put half on my plate topped with 3 slices of avocado. The leftovers will be my lunch tomorrow.

I had 1 Joseph's pita (low carb, high protein) ham, lettuce, mayo, cucumbers, yummy. Joesph's also has tortillas as well; these do not spike me in any way, and I also walk everyday as well as excer cycle.
I love their products <3

Today for lunch I am having: 6 slices of thin cut salami; two thick slices of cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup walnuts and 1/4 cup raw broccoli.
