Yesterday I had 2 cheese sticks, a slice of ham, a couple spoonfuls of peanut butter. Today though I had big bowl of Chuck-eye Steak Chili with Black beans.

... for lunch I had a breakfast sandwich, since for breakfast I had a shake...

1 piece sprouted grain bread, toasted and buttered
2 slices ham
1 slice bacon (thick cut)
1 large egg
Marble cheese
Mayo
Lettuce, tomato, pickle and pepper

Amazingly, my calculator brings this to a hefty:

735 Calories
22g Carbs (including the fiber, 99% of which is the sprouted grains)
37g Protein
53g Fat

About 66% Fat, 21% protein and 13% carbs. Guess I'm fine until dinner time, LOL.

Yup, I think.

... that being said, this is for you:

My lunch seemed to have enough carb in it to give me a little bit of a rise... from 5.5 (99) pre-meal to 6.7 (121) at the 30-minute post-prandial and 7.0 (126) at my 45 minute post-prandial, where I normally 'spike' my highest. At exactly 1hr after finishing, it's now at 6.0 (108).

... I'll take those numbers, especially considering my 9.4 (170) pre-prandial exercise-induced number this morning, ROFLMAO.
