Since you are interested in what is considered normal for non-diabetics, the Mayo clinic says:

1 hour test below 140mg/dl
2 hour test below 120mg/dl
3 hour test below 100mg/dl

Remember that non-diabetics have a working pancreas, a diabetic will not have the same responses, which is why most of us try to be less than 120mg/dl at the 1 hour mark.
