On ya Meg!! love the idea of as little carbs as you can idea and I find bread to many people is not good to their BG. I don't mind it but if limmit the amount then it's not that bad.
Today I had a ham & salad roll with lettice, Red onion, Tomato, Cheese, And mayo as that will be a few carbs i'm shure.

Yesterday for supper I had 3/4 cup of my, Beef Stew a la Me. which consists of Canada Grade A beef cuts, barley, cut green and yellow beans, onion, baby brussel sprouts, 2 garlic cloves, baby carrots, baby potatos, celery, seasoning, 1 tsp. butter. 1 glass 2% milk and 1 glass water.

For brekky, I had 2 pancakes(1 tsp. of blueberry jam on each),
1 glass 2% milk and 1 glass water.

For a snack: 3/4 bowl fruit salad(cut up seedless red grapes, blueberries, strawberries, kiwi, banana, dried cranberries, whipped cream) and 1 glass water.

Way to go Meg!!

For lunch I'll be having a tuna(diced cucumber & black olives mixed in), 1 slice swiss cheese on top, on whole wheat bread. 1 glass of low sodium V8 juice.

Thank you! Come on over. We have room. Ummm...do you like shovelling snow?? Oh and if you don't mind, our Kids sometimes come for supper and sleep over though, when they feel like it.

Anyways, it's just normal food.
