Default Spiralizing vegetables

I told myself that I did not need another 'gadget' in my kitchen, but somehow I found one sitting on my counter. It makes a zucchini or summer squash look just like spaghetti noodles. I was wondering if anyone had tried this gadget or if you have any suggestions on what herb or spice would be appropriate for the above mentioned veggies?

I love my spiralizer!!! You can put anything on the "zoodles" that you would put on regular noodles. I use mine at least twice a week. The zoodles make a great frittata for breakfast.

I love my spiralizer too. I will saute the zoodles in butter, lighly salted. Takes just a few minutes to cook, then I add shredded sharp cheddar or gruyere cheese and HWC, turn off the heat and stir til cheese is melted into a creamy sauce. I love this simple dish so much!
