Default What is the best way to stop being skinny?

Hi friends, I am very weak looking in my physical appearance. I have tried a lot to make my body get a good built up; including a healthy diet plan and tough work out sessions, but did not get any satisfactory results. Does anyone know the best way to get out of this skinny looks?

Hello Norman:

Some reasons for being skinny(slim):

1. Heredity
2. High blood sugars for extended time(if Diabetic)
3. Hyperthyroidism(many other such diseases/conditions)
4. Side-effect of some medications

The others can be remedied usually but heredity you can't usually change.

If you are a diabetic and your sugars are in decent control then the normal 45-55 grams of carbs per meal should put some weight on.

If you want to build muscle then the creatine powder taken as directed before and after exercises should work okay for you.
