Default Measuring carbs

I need to know how many carbs are in two Belgian waffles, covered with Log Cabin syrup. I want to program my insulin pump before I eat. The waffles are home made from scratch. Thanks!

It is impossible to say. Waffle recipes from scratch are very different. You'd need to work it out from the recipe, portion size of waffles and syrup.

As a diabetic it would be worth you avoiding foods like this since you say you are low carb.
