Default Test sugar/glucose in drinks?

Is there a product (strips?) that I can use to test drinks for their sugar/glucose or sugar-free content?

The old urine glucose test strips can be used, the kind that change colors based on the amount of glucose. Dr. Bernstein talks about how to do this in his book Diabetes Solution, but honestly I don't know anyone who does this.

if you know what has been added to your drink then you probably might already know how much sugar there is approx. And.. sugar free drinks usually have fake sweetener called aspartame which is even more horrible for your health then sugar. but of course too much sugar is always horrible but hey, i think your only solution for your question that I know of is to test it with urine test strips ...

Drink it and then test your Blood Sugar after 1 hour and 2 hours...your meter will tell you!

Your BG meter will tell you.

MY meter says "HI" when sugar is in the drink.
MY meter says "LOW" when it is a diet soda.

For those of you going to say it wont work because...
Dont care what you think!... I know it works.
