Default Fiber Sure and Benefiber

Has anyone tried these products? They are supposedly flavorless, non thickening and not gritty that can be added to beverages, soups, stews, etc. They are a powdered fiber, the source of fiber being Inulin, which is a plant based fiber from chicory roots.

Fibersure.com

Benefiber

Does anyone have opinions or personal experience with either of these two products? I have been wanting to try them to up my fiber intake to help control blood glucose.

I have used both. I usually toss it into my morning coffee, and I can't even tell it's there! I've added it into baking too.

I like it. It's easy to use, and not gritty.

I agree. Since posting this, I have added Fiber Sure to my diet. I have about two servings a day, usually mixed in with a water or a Crystal Light. Can't tell it's even there and the fiber seems to help keep my blood glucose levels under better control.

I have had a look at this today as I was picking up the Warfrin (Rat Poison) as I could use fiber in my diet too. If this will get weight off then I will buy it today.

A good thought Rubystar. how could I rid of this fat.
