3:17 PM (before lunch) (I drove up to Riverside for a meeting, then drove back, before lunch): 90
Lunch: salad (chicken, Baby Bel, hard-boiled egg, lettuce, mayo), 1/4 cup dry roasted, salted macadamias

7:38 PM (before dinner): 86
Dinner: ground turkey sauteed with onions and peppers; low-carb berry ice cream, 1/2 oz. pork rinds

8:30 PM-ish (snack): Jack Link's beef stick

9:25 PM: 102

Lunch: salad (leftover grilled steak, lettuce, jalapeno relish), TJ's handful dry roasted almonds

Dinner: sirloin patty with slice Muenster, Ball Park frank, 18 Kalamata olives, coffee with heavy cream
