Dinner: Kirkland rotisserie chicken, spinach/cheese/egg quiche with pork rind crust, glass rose, 1/4 bar Montezuma's Absolute Black, sugarfree popsicle

8:30 AM (snack): 1/4 cup unsalted, mixed nuts, 1 oz. cinnamon vodka

10:30 AM (snack): 1/2 oz. pork rinds, Dang That's Good! chocolate sea salt keto bar

[Then haircut, and meeting with a client. (Snack was so I could skip lunch.)

5:24 PM (before dinner): 93
Dinner: low-carb chocolate/blackberry ice cream, 1/4 cup roasted, salted macadamias, toppings off 3 slices pizza, Southern greens blend
10:52 PM: 95

Average for the day: 95

Macronutrients: 67 grams carbs (23 grams fiber), 137 grams fat, 74 grams protein
