Lunch: salad (.9 Louisiana hot, lettuce, mayo, 3 hard-boiled eggs), 1/4 cup macadamias

Dinner: shredded chicken & egg with bok choi & celery, low-carb pumpkin ice cream, coffee
8:40 PM: 83

Average for the day: 89

Macronutrients: 43 grams carbs (16 grams fiber), 146 grams fat, 78 grams protein

12:30 PM (before lunch): 102
Lunch: salad (1 oz. salame, 1.25 oz. pepperoni, 2 slices provolone, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives), Saigon cinnamon chocolate Dang bar

4:20 PM (snack): 1/4 cup roasted salted macadamias

6:30 PM (before dinner): 84
Dinner: toppings off two slices of pizza over lettuce and cucumbers, 1/4 cup unsalted mixed nuts, 1 Milano

9:30 PM: 96

Average for the day: 94

Macronutrients: 80 grams carbs (31 grams fiber), 174 grams fat, 81 grams protein

You must go through a lot of strips.

Amazing how you have the GI or GL figured out to the gram.

How many carbs are in the chocolate dang bar and pizza slices?

12:30PM (lunch): Cobb salad, TJ's handful dry roasted almonds

6:21 PM (before dinner): 92
Dinner: Smirnoff spiked & sparkling, low-carb pumpkin ice cream, innards of a chile relleno burrito with sour cream (no guacamole)
8:31 PM: 108

Then snack: sugar-free popsicle

10:33 PM: 103

Average for the day: 100

Macronutrients: 62 grams carbs (16 grams fiber), 135 grams fat, 90 grams protein

Calories: 2,019

I use MyFitnessPal.

Dang bars: 11 grams carbs (of which 6 are fiber), 16 grams fat, 9 grams protein

Pizza slices (these are toppings only; no crust): 10 grams carbs, 21 grams fat, 18 grams protein
