Monday, October 28:

5:43 AM (FBG, before breakfast): 107
Breakfast: avocado, 1/4 cup unsalted mixed nuts, Carbmaster black forest cake yogurt, coffee with half & half

12:15 PM (Lunch, forgot to test before): Karl Strauss chop chop chicken Cobb (no tortilla strips), 1/2 cup roasted Brussels sprouts

2:43 PM: 93

7:00 PM (before dinner with clients and associate counsel, at a really nice restaurant in LA): 92
Dinner: rye on the rocks, teaspoon chicken liver mousse (came with naan, which I didn't eat), teaspoon tzatsiki with slivered cucumber (came with falafel, which I didn't eat), Farro salad (about 1 teaspoon of farro grain), 2 oz. roast chicken, 2 oz. grilled whitefish with some tomato puree, 1 piece raw salmon, 1 teaspoon chocolate/something sorbet (it was the restaurant's "mystery ice cream"; even our waitperson didn't know); small whole-milk cappuccino.

Lunch: salad (lettuce, grilled steak, tomatoes, bell peppers, Don Pancho's cilantro-lime crema), 1/4 bar Montezuma's Absolute Black

6:46 PM (before dinner): 75
Dinner: ground turkey, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms; avocado, low-carb chocolate/peanut butter ice cream with Sweet Rose whipped coconut cream

Breakfast: Kirkland chocolate chip cookie dough protein bar

12:18 PM (before lunch): 88
Lunch (take-out at the Elephant & Castle in downtown Seattle, just before getting on a tour bus): burger patty with cheese, onion and tomato slices, side salad (mixed greens, slivered almonds)

5:30 PM (winetasting in the lobby of our hotel): 4 oz. each cabernet sauvignon and cabernet sauvignon blanc

7:37 PM (before dinner): 70
Dinner (at restaurant in the Pike Street Market): 12 oz. Rainier lager, cheeseburger patty, house salad with lemon and olive oil dressing, 1/4 cup coleslaw, small macchiato (easiest low-carb alternative on the menu)
10:11 PM: 89

Average for the day: 85

Macronutrients: 64 grams carbs (20 grams fiber), 89 grams, 103 grams protein
